CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY

At the time of purchase, all bookings require a deposit to be taken by credit card.
Please note that an 11% non-refundable deposit will be taken directly by eTourism Holidays (the booking agent) at the time of booking and the balance will be taken by Coolamon Apartments(the property).

Please note our cancellation policy is as follows:

High season: 100% of total tariff if cancelled within 60 days of arrival, more then 60 days 100% of deposit plus administration fee.

Mid season; 50% of total tariff if cancelled 45 days prior to arrival, more then 45 days 100% of deposit plus administration fee.

Low season: 100% of deposit if cancelled – If cancellation is within 14 days, full tariff will be required.

Late check in fee of $50 applies.

A fee of $50.00 will apply for administration costs in all cancellations.

Some Agent voucher holidays are non refundable.

Conditions; A credit card bond or a $200 cash bond will be required on checkin in the event of damages or unpaid accounts during your stay.
