Use of the Coolamon Apartments Booking Service and website by you ("the Customer") is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings made to Coolamon Apartments Booking Page by the Customer are done with full knowledge and acceptance of all terms and conditions.

2. Customer agrees to pay to Coolamon Apartments by debit to Customer's credit card account the specified booking fee and cost of the accommodation. All fees are GST inclusive. Coolamon Apartments will issue Customer with a valid Tax Invoice in respect of this booking service.

3. Coolamon Apartments is not liable for any costs incurred as a result of booking mistakes or errors.

4. Customer acknowledges that a third party ("Card Authoriser") will process the credit card transactions required in respect of a booking. Customer agrees that Coolamon Apartments is not liable for default by the Card Authoriser.

5. Cancellation penalties depend upon individual property policies. Please note our cancellation policy is as follows;
High season: 100% of total tariff if cancelled within 60 days of arrival, more then 60 days 100% of deposit.
Mid season; 50% of total tariff if cancelled 45 days prior to arrival, more then 45 days 100% of deposit.
Low season: 100% of deposit if cancelled – If cancellation is within 48 hours full tariff will be required for all seasons.
A fee of $50.00 will apply for administration costs in all cancellations.

6. You may be required to present photo ID on arrival at the hotel. A credit card imprint or cash deposit will be required to cover incidental charges.

7. Information on the Coolamon Apartments website is based on information supplied by each Property. Whilst Coolamon Apartments endeavours to ensure all information presented is accurate, it makes no guarantee that the information is free from errors or faults, and accepts no liability for any errors or omissions.

8. Coolamon Apartments does not pay commissions to travel agents using this booking service.

9. Coolamon Apartments makes no warranty or representation about the suitability of any product or service being advertised on its website.

10. Coolamon Apartments reserves the right to change information published on its website at any time.

11. Coolamon Apartments needs to collect personal information about you to process your booking for accommodation. If Coolamon Apartments cannot collect this information, it will be unable to make a booking in your name. Coolamon Apartments respects your privacy and will only use or disclose your information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
